President prorogues House Session

March 16, Kathmandu: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has ended the ongoing winter session of the Federal Parliament (House of Representatives and National Assembly) from Tuesday midnight.

The Federal Parliament Secretariat stated that the President prorogued the ongoing House Session from this midnight at the recommendation of Council of Ministers’ meeting held earlier on Tuesday.

The ongoing session of the parliament had ran for 92 days.
