PM Deuba urges stakeholders to deliver prompt services to ensure people’s easy access to justice

Kathmandu: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has urged all the stakeholders to deliver prompt services to ensure people’s easy access to justice.

Addressing a program organized by the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs on the occasion of 5^th National Code Day on Wednesday, Prime Minister Deuba urged all the concerned agencies to work responsibly to materialize the concept of rule of law into practice.

The Prime Minister stressed the need for having a positive attitude and professional dignity among justices and advocates for the effective implementation of the National Code.   

On the occasion, acting Chief Justice Dipak Kumar Karki said the National Code was formulated based on national and international practices, and it would be implemented by addressing some hurdles.
