China provides 2 million syringes to Nepal (audio report)

January 23, Kathmandu: The Chinese government has provided two million syringes as assistance in order to help the vaccination campaign that the Government of Nepal (GoN) has launched to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to the Chinese Embassy, the syringes were handed over to the Government of Nepal on Saturday.

Expressing the belief that the syringes would contribute to the vaccination campaign, the Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, Hou Yanqi, said that the government of China was always ready to help Nepali friends in need.
