Minister Gurung urges journalists to be creative

Kathmandu- Minister for Communications and Information Technology Parbat Gurung has urged the mass media practitioners in the country to contribute creatively for the prosperity of the country rather than on criticizing the government.

At an interaction programme organized in Kathmandu by the Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) on Wednesday, he reiterated, FNJ should raise the issues surfacing in the journalism sector as of late.

He said journalists had to review its agenda and embrace changes, if needed.

Stating that the government was ready to address the genuine demands of the journalists, Minister Gurung shared that the government was effortful for making the postal service in the country global and more competitive.
