8th National Science Day and World Patient Safety day being marked today

Kathmandu: The 8^th National Science Day is being celebrated across the country on Thursday.

The day is marked every year on the first of Ashwin

Wishing one and all on the occasion, Prime Minister K.P Sharma Oli said that development could only be achieved through the use of science and technology.

PM Oli also urged scientists and researchers to participate in the national campaign of “Prosperous Nepal Happy Nepali” aimed at developing the country.

Similarly, World Patient Safety day is being marked across the world including Nepali on Thursday with the slogan “Speak up for health worker safety!”
