PM Deuba to discuss forwarding West Seti Hydropower Project with Indian PM Modi
Dadeldhura: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba says talks are underway to implement the West Seti Hydropower Project and the Pancheshwor Multi-Purpose Project in coordination with the Indian government.
Addressing an election rally in Dadeldhura on Tuesday, the PM said he would talk about both projects during Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Lumibi visit.
Indian Prime Minister Modi is set to visit Lumbini on May 16.
Meanwhile, PM Deuba has appealed to one and all to actively participate in the May 13 local level election.
In his appeal on Tuesday itself, PM Deuba claimed that citizens got an opportunity to form a local government on their own following a long struggle for democracy.
The PM urged all to vote confidently in the elections for institutionalizing and consolidating the federal democratic republic achieved by tremendous struggles and dedication.
