Nepal is known as the country of peacekeeping force due to restless efforts of Nepali Army: Defense Minister Dr Rijal

Minister for Defense Dr. Minendra Rijal has said that Nepal is known as the country of peacekeeping force due to the restless efforts of the Nepali Army for the establishment of peace in the world. 

Addressing a program organized by the Nepali Army in Kavre on the occasion of the 76^th Establishment day of the United Nationals on Sunday, Defense Minister Rijal said a roust relation had been established between Nepal and the United Nations with the Nepali Army’s contribution to peace keeping missions. 

More than 135 thousand personnel of Nepali Army in 43 peace keeping missions have been deployed in several war-torn countries across the world.
