Current session of National Assembly prorogued

Kathmandu: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has prorogued the ongoing session of the National Assembly to be effective from midnight today.

The session was prorogued on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.

Earlier today, the National Assembly meeting had ended with a schedule to meet again tomorrow.

The NA’s current session had begun on July 1st.
