Nepal-China Rasuwagadhi border transit point resumes

March 3, Rasuwa: The border transit point between Nepal and China in Rasuwagadhi of Rasuwa district resumed on Friday.

The transit point had closed on February 11 due to the Loshar festival.

Seven large Chinese containers had brought goods to the Nepali side of the border on the first day of reopening of the transit point.

The goods brought by the Chinese containers were delivered at the Friendship bridge and they were loaded onto the Nepali containers, according to the customs officer at the Rasuwagadhi revenue office Ram Prasad Regmi.

Regmi informed that the customs process of the goods had also been initiated.
