Regressive forces won’t be allowed to jeopardize the republic : PM Oli

January 17, Kathmandu: PM KP Sharma Oli has said the republican system of governance achieved through the long struggle of people will not be given in the hands of regressive forces.
Addressing a province 1 cadres meeting of the Nepal Communist Party in Kathmandu on Saturday, PM Oli said despite biting disputes in the ruling party and the sweepingly disastrous corona pandemic, the government had been leading efforts for development and good governance.
The PM also said those who were against the election were also against democracy.
He also wondered why some of the leaders who had never gone to the election with the sun as the election symbol and never came to the party’s meeting needed the sun as the election symbol.
The PM also claimed the coronavirus vaccine would come soon and the pace of development would be expedited.
Also speaking on the occasion, Nepal Communist Party Leader Subash Nembang urged the cadres to get ready for the election without any doubt as to the sun as election symbol and Nepal Communist Party’s authenticity would come to Nepal Communist Party led by PM KP Sharma Oli.
