Chairman of Standing Committee of National People’s Congress of China, Li Zhanshu arriving in Kathmandu on Monday
Kathmandu: Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China, Li Zhanshu will be arriving in Kathmandu on Monday.

Mr Li will be embarking on a four-day official visit at the invitation of House Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota.
According to Foreign Affairs Ministry, Speaker Sapkota and Li will hold delegation-level bilateral talks on Monday itself.
During his stay in Nepal, Li will pay courtesy calls to President Bidya Devi Bhandari on September 14, and Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba on September 13.
Li will also meet with Chairperson of the National Assembly Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, and Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Narayan Khadka.
Li will also hold separate meetings with CPN-UML Chairperson K P Sharma Oli and CPN-Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ during his Nepal stay. Charman Li will return home on September 15.
