Parliamentary committee members stress making Nepal’s foreign policy explicit

Kathmandu: Members of the International Relations Committee of the House of Representatives have stressed the need for making Nepal’s foreign policy explicit and unambiguous. 

Speaking in the meeting of the committee held at Singh Durbar on Thursday, the committee members said as the country’s foreign policy lacks clarity, problems had arisen time and again. 

They further emphasized correcting the unfair treaties that Nepal got involved in, changing the internal policies saying such things have been causing harm to Nepal’s foreign policy.

The committee also decided to call the concerned stakeholders to discuss the problems faced by the ex-Singapore Gorkha.
