Lamsal and Regmi appointed Ambassadors to Egypt and Austria

July 12, Kathmandu: President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Monday appointed two resident Ambassadors of Nepal to Egypt and Austria, respectively.

President Bhandari appointed Sushil Kumar Lamsal as resident Ambassador of Nepal to Egypt and Bharat Kumar Regmi as resident Ambassador of Nepal to Austria as well as Nepal’s Permanent Representative for the United Nations Office in Vienna, according to the Office of the President Shital Niwas.

The appointments by the Head of the State was made under Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal and at the recommendations of the Council of Ministers, according to Shital Niwas.
