Representatives of Non-Resident Nepali Association meet Prime Minister Deuba

Kathmandu: A team of representatives of the Non-Resident Nepali Association met with Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba at Baluwatar today.
The team informed the Prime Minister regarding the identity of non-resident Nepalese.
The team led by Executive Chair of the Association Kul Acharya and chair Dr Badri KC discussed with the prime minister regarding the citizenship for non-resident Nepalis, securing investment of non-resident Nepali, social security and foreign employment and ensuring voting rights of Nepali living abroad.
The team further requested the Prime Minister to provide the identity of non-resident Nepali for the Nepalese living in Myanmar and Thailand.
The team also thanked the government for incorporating most of the subjects raised by the association.
