PM Deuba and Speaker Sapkota discuss dates for calling federal parliament budget session

Kathmandu: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has discussed the dates for calling the budget session of the federal parliament with Speaker of the House of Representatives Agni Prasad Sapkota.

Speaker Sapkota’s Press Advisor Shreedhar Neupane confirmed the meeting of the Speaker and the Prime Minister at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar.

On the occasion, the Prime Minister and the Speaker discussed the dates to call the budget session of the parliament as there is the constitutional obligation of presenting the budget for the new fiscal year on the 29^th of May.
