It is imperative for Radio Nepal to reach all parts of the country with its services: Minister Karki

April 3, Kathmandu: The Minister for Communications and Information Technology and government spokesperson, Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, has said that Radio Nepal should use the latest technology to disseminate information that is fair, factual, and reliable. 

Giving a congratulatory message on the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of Radio Nepal, Minister Karki said that Radio Nepal should extend its coverage far and wide while respecting and representing the plurality of the country and addressing the problems of the rural parts of the country. 

The Communication Minister congratulated Radio Nepal for expanding its broadcasting service through relay stations, medium-wave stations, and online.

Minister Karki also added that there was still a need to expand the broadcasting service for reaching all parts of the country.
