President, PM congratulate Nepali cricket team

February 22, Kathmandu: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has congratulated the Nepali cricket team who entered the semi-finals in the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup Cricket Qualifiers.

Nepal made it to the semi-finals by defeating Canada in the qualifier being held in Oman.

Taking to Twitter account this evening, President Bhandari congratulated the players, coaches, and officials for the victory.

Similarly, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba also congratulated the Nepali cricket team on the stunning victory in the ICC T20 World Cup Cricket Qualifiers. PM Deuba tweeted, “Congratulations to the Nepali national cricket team for entering the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup Global Qualifiers by emerging victorious against Canada.
