Nepali Congress for forwarding MCC pact for its implementation (audio report)

February 11, Kathmandu: The Central Work Execution Committee of the ruling Nepali Congress has concluded that the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) pact should be forwarded for its implementation.

Nepali Congress Spokesperson, Dr Prakash Saran Mahat said the meeting held at the Central Office of the Party at Sanepa reached a conclusion that the MCC pact should be endorsed in consultation with other political parties.

He further informed that leaders present in the meeting stressed the need for informing citizens about the pact via extensive awareness programs at the local levels.

The Party Spokesperson said the next meeting of the Work Execution Committee to be held on Friday would discuss various matters including the local level elections and conventions of the party’s sister organizations.
