Chair Oli urges for protection of constitution

September 19, Kathmandu: Chairperson of CPN (UML) KP Sharma Oli has urged one and all to protect the constitution and move ahead in the direction it has shown for the country’s prosperity.

Giving a message of best wishes on the occasion of Constitution Day on Sunday, Chairperson Oli viewed the constitution as not only a document to manage the political system but to internationalize democratic values and systems.

“This constitution is the progressive political document which has ensured sovereignty to citizens, rule of law, social justice and fundamental rights, and the end of feudalism,” he said in the best wishes message.

He also reminded the UML-led government’s works that implemented federalism and made laws to implement fundamental rights.
