Deuba and Prachanda urge government to play effective role for containing Covid-19

April 26, Kathmandu: Main opposition Nepal Congress has demanded the government adopt every possible measures to contain the corona virus infection.

Issuing a press statement on Monday, Nepal Congress President Ser Bahadur Deuba called on the government to make arrangement for the treatment of infected and management of medical equipment. He has suggested the government to keep the morale of the health workers high.

Leader Deuba also demanded the government bring anti-covid-19 vaccination from neighboring countries and vaccinate the people.

Likewise, CPN Maoist Centrer Chairperson Puspa Kamal Dahal has urged the government to make arrangement of medical equipment in all local bodies. Issuing a press statement on Monday itself, Chair Prachanda appealed to the government and private sectors to ensure food and fundamental assistance to the daily-wage based labours.
