Health Ministry warns of increasing risk of new variant of Corona Virus in youths and children

March 12, Kathmandu: The Ministry of Health and Population has reported 3 hundred and 67 new coronavirus infection cases in the last 24 hours.

The Health Ministry has urged everyone to adopt safety measures as the corona infection has been seen widely among youths and children.##

The Ministry said 3 hundred and 3 infections were confirmed via PCR test and 64 infections were confirmed by anti-gen tests.

Similarly, 1 hundred and 41 people have recovered from the infection in the same period.

The ministry had reported one corona-related death on Sunday.

This has pushed Nepal’s corona-related death toll to 3 thousand and 40.
