January 17, Kathmandu: Chair of the Nepal Communist Party and PM KP Sharma Oli has urged the political parties not to organize any of the activities that weaken democracy and rule of law.
Addressing a programme organized by All Nepal women Association in Kathmandu on Sunday, PM Oli urged all not to organize activities that undermine the values attached to the rule of law, parliamentary system and democratic republic.
The PM said the untoward activities of the political parties have obstructed the works of the Election Commission and Judiciary among others.
He urged all not to defame the presidency as an institution and the values attached to it by passing malicious comments on the decisions and works undertaken by the president.
Saying all the works carried out by the president are recommended by the council of Ministers, he said he was ready to answer any question raised against president’s decisions.
The PM claimed the party would move ahead smoothly as those who created hurdles in the party had moved out.
