Department of Drug Administration approves anti-corona virus vaccine Covishield for emergency use

January 15, Kathmandu: The Department of Drug Administration has approved the emergency use of Covishield, an anti-covid-19 vaccine, developed by the University of Oxford and pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca and manufactured in India.

The Department of the Drug Administration has said the vaccine manufactured by Pharmaceutical Company Serum Institute of India has been given approval for emergency use.
