More than 40,000 corona virus infected in India in single day

As the number of coronavirus infections in India continues to rise daily, more than 40,000 coronavirus infections have been added in a single day. According to government officials on Monday, 40,425 people have been infected with the coronavirus in India in the last 24 hours. This is the highest number of people infected daily.

The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare also said that 681 people died of corona in a single day. At the same time, the number of deaths due to corona in India has reached 27,497 so far, officials said. The number of people infected with coronavirus in India has reached 1.118 million so far, officials said.

In India, 390,459 people are still infected and 787,000 have recovered. Corona has infected 3,10,455 people in Maharashtra, the worst-affected state in India. It is followed by Tamil Nadu and Delhi with the second and third highest incidence of coronavirus, respectively.
