Tipper heading towards quarantine meets with accident in kalikot

2 persons died and 11 others sustained injuries when an ill-fated tipper plunged into Karnali river, this morning.

The tipper was carrying 39 India – returnees to a quarantine facility in Raskot Municipality in Kalikot.

Radio Nepal’s correspondent, Ananta Baral informed that 6 persons are missing in the accident. Injured were rescued and taken to Kalikot district hospital for treatment.
