November 20 election: 84 political parties apply for registration

August 17, Kathmandu: A total of 84 political parties, including old and new ones have submitted their applications for party registration for the House of Representatives and Province Assembly elections scheduled for coming November 20.

As of the final deadline for the registration, the political parties have presented their credentials along with applications before the Election Commission.

The deadline for party registration at EC was served up to August 16 following the announcement of HoR and province assembly elections in the country.

The EC has prepared details, including the registration of the party and registration date, party name, party chief name, and party registration number maintained at the Commission.
