HoR sends two bills to concerned committees for clause-wise deliberation.

Kathmandu: The House of Representatives has sent two bills to the concerned committees for clause-wise deliberation.

The bills sent to the committees were the ‘Social Security (First amendment) Bill-2022 and the ‘Acid and other Hazardous Chemical Substances (Regulation) Bill-2022’.

Earlier, Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand presented the bills in the House meeting seeking consideration.

Likewise, the House of Representatives has unanimously approved the amendment made by the National Assembly on the bill related to the protection of plants and seeds.

Agriculture Minister Mahindra Raya Yadav had tabled a proposal seeking consideration of the lower house to the amendments made by the National Assembly on the Bill.

The lawmakers also welcomed the government’s decision to withdraw Nepal’s Participation in the US State Partnership program SPP.
