Foreign Minister Khadka stresses on need of innovative foreign policy

November 21, Kathmandu: Minister for Foreign Affairs Minister Dr Narayan Khadka has pointed out the need of innovative foreign policy based on national consensus.

Addressing a programme organized by the Centre for Nepal and Asian Studies under Tribhuvan University in Kathmandu, on Saturday, the Foreign Affairs Minister said he was active to devise the foreign policy, keeping national interest at the centre.

The Minister also opined that Nepal should be aware of how it could reap benefits from the progress in its neighbouring countries India and China.

He further stated that the problems, if any with neighbours, could be resolved via diplomatic dealings.
