Radio Nepal signs agreements with Nepal Telecommunication Authority and Central Bureau of Statistics

September 22, Kathmandu: Radio Nepal and Nepal Telecommunication Authority (NTA) on Wednesday signed an agreement to broadcast programs, notices, and information of the telecommunications regulatory body. 

The agreement was signed by Buddhi Bahadur KC, executive director of Radio Nepal and Sandeep Adhikari, deputy director of NTA. 

As per the agreement, Radio Nepal will broadcast a 15-minute program called ‘Communication and Development’ every Tuesday at 7.25 am as well as air advertisements and notices. 

Similarly, Radio Nepal and the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) also signed an agreement to broadcast information and notices of the bureau. 

The agreement was signed by executive director Buddhi Bahadur KC, and deputy director-general of the bureau Hemraj Regmi. 

As per the agreement, songs, messages, and information and other materials related to the national census will be aired from Radio Nepal.
