Earthquake of 3.5 magnitude hits Kathmandu

July 23, Kathmandu: A 3.5 magnitude earthquake was recorded at 7:05 am on Friday morning.

Dr Mukunda Bhattarai of the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre said that the epicenter of the tremor was around Sallaghari of Bhaktapur district.

According to the Centre, the fresh quake was an aftershock of the Gorkha Earthquake.
