Govt to bring 20 thousand empty oxygen cylinders from China   

May 4, Kathmandu: The Ministry of Health and Population has decided to import 20 thousand empty oxygen cylinders from China.

The Ministry on Tuesday said that they had decided to bring the cylinders from China to avert the possible crisis of oxygen cylinders for the treatment of COVID-19 patients.

Ministry’s Spokesperson Prof. Dr Jageshwor Gautam said that the cylinders were likely to arrive from China next week.

Gautam said that lack of cylinders had caused difficulties though there was no shortage of oxygen in the country.
