Parliamentary committee dwells on protection of snow leopard

April 1, Kathamndu: The Agriculture, Cooperative, and Natural Resource Committee of the House of Representatives on Thursday has discussed on the protection of snow leopard.

Nepal Chief of the World Wide Fund (WWF) for Nature Dr. Ghana Shyam Gurung informed the meeting about the efforts made to protect the snow leopard.

The programs and policies adopted by the WWF on the conservation of snow leopard and environment protection were also presented in the meeting.
