Government forms three-member talk team headed by Home Minister Thapa to hold dialogue with Tharu Welfare Assembly

March 29, Kathamndu: The government has formed a three-member talk team under the coordination of Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa to hold dialogue with the Tharu Welfare Assembly.

In a press meet organized at Singhdarbar on Monday, government spokesperson and communication Minister Parbat Gurung said the talk team was formed to address the 19-point demands put forth by the Tharuwan Joint Struggle Committee and Central Movement Mobilization Committee.

The talk team headed by home minister Thapa comprises prime minister’s foreign affairs adviser Rajan Bhattarai and former member of parliament Bhagawati Chaudhary.
