Accident kills five in Manang

March 21, Manang: A truck accident in Nasho of Manag has killed at least five people.

The police said  Manisha Gurung, Jala Kashi Gurung and Liun Gurung of Nasho Rural Municipality-4 were killed on the spot in Saturday’s accident.

Meanwhile, Laxman Nepali and Dhan Man Biswokarma died in course of treatment.

The police informed the truck heading to Chame from Beshi Shahar carrying cement went out of control and fell into the Marsyandi River while it was going uphill.

In the incident, five people including the driver Suman Tamang were injured.
