Former President Yadva says Supreme Court’s verdict to reinstate House strengthened constitution

February 25, Kathamandu: Former President Dr RambaranYadav has said the latest Supreme Court’s verdict regarding house reinstatement will strengthen the constitution and the system the constitution envisions.

Addressing the 99th birth anniversary of late leader Mahendra Narayan Nidhi in Janakpur on Thursday, former President Yadav claimed that the court’s verdict saved federalism, democracy, inclusiveness and secularism as per the sentiment of people.

Former President Dr Yadav expressed worries that the lack of fiscal discipline and transparency in political parties endangered democracy.
