Amicus Curiae completes its opinion on HoR dissolution

February 20, Kathmandu:The Amicus curiae has completed it’s deliberations on the case filed against the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) at the Supreme Court on Friday.

The Amicus Curiae comprising senior advocates Badri Bahadur Karki, Satish Krishna Kharel, Bijaya Kant Mainali, Purna Man Shakya and Geeta Pathak had given their opinions on the dissolution of the House of Representatives  to help the Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JBR-led five-member Constitutional Bench.
