Cross-questioning on the writs against HoR dissolution starting from Sunday

February 14, Kathmandu: The Supreme Court will start holding cross-questioning on the writs filed against the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) from Sunday onwards.

The cross-questioning is scheduled to start from Sunday after the lawyers representing the government concluded their arguments on Thursday.

After the cross-questioning concludes, the five individuals of the amicus curie will put forth their views regarding the dissolution of HoR, in the Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court.
