One dies in vehicle collision

Khajura: A man was killed when a passenger bus (Bhe 1 Kha 1925) and a motorcycle (Bhe 7 Pa 5450) he was riding collided on Friday evening at Jhinjhari Bridge of Rapti Sonari-9 in Banke district.

The deceased has been identified as Khadka Bikram Shrestha.

Similarly, the pillion rider on the motorcycle was injured in the accident, said the police office, Kohalpur.

Shrestha from Bhawaniyapur at Raptisonari-3 died at Nepalgunj Medical College Teaching Hospital, Kohalpur.

Injured Sabitra Tharu is receiving treatment at the hospital.
