UML urges government to take necessary steps to control cholera

Kathmandu: The CPN (UML) has urged the government to take necessary steps to control cholera accusing the government of not paying attention to control it.

At a news conference organised by the Health and Population Department of the CPN (UML), Department Chief Yogesh Bhattarai blamed the government for not taking any step to control cholera in the Kathmandu Valley.

The CPN (UML) also urged the government to create an environment for the production of medicines in the country as billions of rupees are sent abroad in course of importing medicines every year.
