Five-party alliance agrees to extend term of transitional justice commissions
Kathmandu: The five-party alliance partners have reached an agreement to extend the term of transitional justice commissions.

A meeting of top leaders of the five-party alliance partners took the decision in this regard.
Vice-Chairperson of the Rashtriya Janamorcha, Durga Poudel said the meeting decided to extend the term of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and the Commission of Inquiry on Enforced Disappeared Persons.
The term of both commissions is only till Saturday.
The meeting drew the conclusion to pass the citizenship-related bill in consent.
The meeting was coordinated by Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba.
