Two bills endorsed in HoR

Kathmandu: The second meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) here today unanimously approved two bills. The approved bills were Drugs (Third Amendment) Bill-2022 and the Bill relating to the Security of Health Workers/Professionals and Health Institutions (First Amendment)-2022.

In the first meeting of the HoR, Minister for Health and Population Bhawani Prasad Khapung had presented the proposal seeking consideration on the Drugs (Third Amendment) Bill-2022 while Minister Khapung himself had presented the similar proposal for the Bill relating to the Security of Health Workers/Professionals and Health Institutions (First Amendment)-2022.

Deliberations on both the proposals were conducted today while Minister Khapung responded to the queries raised by parliamentarians on the same.
