Parliamentary special committee studying federalism implementation
Kathmandu: A parliamentary special committee on federalism implementation study and monitoring has started studying the political, legal and administrative difficulties seen in the implementation of federalism in the last five years.
The special committee was constituted in the second week of June under the convenorship of National Assembly member Khimlal Devkota.
The committee has been instructed to submit a report after completing the study within four months.
Speaking at a press conference organized in Kathmandu today, Committee convenor Devkota informed that the committee would submit recommendations for making the federal system effective and result-oriented.
