Government to form talk team for carbon trade agreement

Kathmandu: The government has decided to form a talk team for a carbon emission reduction procurement agreement.  

Unveiling the latest decisions of the cabinet meeting, Government Spokesperson and Communication Minister Gyanendra Bahadur Karki informed that the meeting also decided to give consent to use forest areas for the construction works of the transmission line of the 220 KV Mid- Bhotekoshi Hydropower Project and Bhedetar Sky Walk project.

The government has decided to give permission to make changes in the design of medals presented to various individuals by reducing the amount of gold used in such decorations.

Likewise, the cabinet also agreed to take consultation with the Public Service Commission regarding the Armed Police (Second Amendment Regulations) 2022.
