Results of May 13 Local Level Election coming out

May 15, Kathmandu: Vote count results are coming from across the country following May 13 local level lection. The result of 14 local levels have been received so far.

As per the update, the Nepali Congress won in 6 local levels while CPN UML won in 5 local levels.  CPN Unified Socialist and the CPN Maoist Centre have also won in  2 and 1 local levels respectively.

The vote counting in Manang has completed. Among the four local levels in Manang, Nepali Congress won two rural municipality chairs and CPN UML won two rural municipality chairs.

Kanchha Ghale of CPN (UML) has been elected to the post of chairperson of Nesyang rural municipality with 861 votes.

Likewise, Dhan Bahadur Gurung of the Nepali Congress has been elected to the post of chairperson of Naso rural municipality in Manang.

He gathered 820 votes.

Likewise, the result of Narpabhoomi and Chame Rural municipalities have also been received.

The election officer said Kenjo Tenzing Lama of Nepali Congress has been elected the chairperson of Narpabhumi rural municipality. He was elected with 158 votes.

Similarly, Lokendra Bahadur Ghale of CPN-UML has been elected as the chair of Chame rural municipality. He was elected with by 320 votes.

Moreover, in Mustang CPN (UML) candidates have won the election to the post of chairperson and vice-chair of Baragung Muktichhetra rural municipality.

As per the final result of the counting held at Kagbeni-based office of the Returning Officer, Rinjing Namgel Gurung has been elected as the chairperson of the Baradung rural municipality of Mustang sistrict  receiving 867 votes .

Likewise, Mohan Singh Lalchan of the Nepali Congress has won the election as chairperson of Gharpajhong rural municipality in Mustang.

CPN (UML) candidate Lopsang Chompel (Raju) Bista has been elected chairperson of Loghekar Damodarkund rural municipality of Mustang.

Bista got victorious with 689 votes.

In the LoManthang Rural Muncipaltiy CPN UML Candidate Tasi Nhurbu Gurung has been elected as the chair with 668 votes.

 The result of Thasang Rural municipality in Mustang is awaited.

Narasin Rokaya of CPN (Maoist Centre) has been elected the chairperson of Jagadulla rural municipality in Dolpa district.

Narasi got 622 votes to secure the win .

Likewise, in She Phoksundo Rural municipality of the Dolpa chair of the CPN UML candidate Dhawa Gurung had been elected unopposed.

Nepali Congress Jabbar Ali Behana, has secured a win in Nepalgunj Sub Metropolis-23 in Banke.

Vote Counting in all the metropolis is urderway. Voting updates are being received from all metropolis as well.
