Election Commission seeks clarification from Dr Bhattarai

Kathmandu: The Election Commission has sought a clarification from Janata Samajwadi Party’s Federal Council Chairman Dr Baburam Bhattarai for making public the ballot paper that he had marked for voting.

Commission’s spokesperson Shaligram Sharma Poudel said the commission sought clarification from Dr Bhattarai within 24 hours, claiming he committed the offense.

Dr Bhattarai, posted pictures on social networking sites this morning where he was showing the ballot paper already marked and sealed.
