CPN-UML unveils election manifesto targeting local level election

Kathmandu: The main opposition CPN-UML has unveiled its election manifesto targeting the upcoming local-level elections.

CPN-UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli made the election manifesto public today amidst a program organized in Kathmandu on the occasion of the 74th establishment anniversary of the Nepal Communist Party.

Senior Vice-Chair of the party Iswor Pokhrel said the election commitments had also been made from all the 753 local levels across the country. He added that the election manifesto included the works done by the UML led previous governments and new action plans as well.  

The party’s election manifesto incorporates programs for senior citizens, children, employment generation, quality education, and drinking water among others.
