Supreme Court sends writ petition filed against 14 lawmakers of CPN Unified Socialist to full bench

Kathmandu: The Supreme Court has sent the writ petition registered by the main opposition CPN (UML) against 14 lawmakers including Madhav Kumar Nepal for the full hearing in the apex court on the 3^rd of April.

UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli had filed the case at the Supreme Court seeking interim order against the 14 lawmakers arguing they worked against the party’s statute, norms and processes.

Supreme Court Information Officer Devendra Dhakal said the written responses of the defendants had been received and the hearing would be conducted in the full bench.
