All misconceptions about MCC Cleared following its endorsement: CPN Unified Socialist Chairman Nepal

Kathmandu: CPN Unified Socialist Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal says all the misconceptions regarding the MCC have been cleared following its endorsement with an interpretative declaration.

Addressing a press conference organized in Kathmandu today to put his party’s official stance on the MCC compact, Chairman Nepal sought all sides’ support for the implementation of the compact as it was ratified in consensus by the ruling coalition parties.

He also stressed the need for the implementation of the agreement by resolving all misunderstandings on the compact.

Chair Nepal further said his party had taken a firm stand that the MCC agreement should not be ratified without clarifying the ambiguities over the MCC agreement.
