Democracy is culture along with principle, Speaker Sapkota says

February 19, Kathmandu: House Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota has said only the practical justification of democratic exercise from the responsible bodies will create a deep trust at the public level towards those institutions.

“Real commitment to democracy and its defence is our common responsibility,” the Speaker said in his message on the occasion of Democracy Day-2078 BS.

The Speaker has expressed the confidence that positive messages would be disseminated among the citizens if institutionalized exercise of democracy was ensured by being more cautious and aware.
