All-party meeting convened by Speaker Sapkota currently underway

Kathmandu: An all-party meeting convened by Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota is currently underway.

The meeting will discuss issues related to ending the stalemate in the parliament and the US assistance project MCC.

Though the leaders of the parties represented in the parliament were invited for the discussion, the leaders of the main opposition party CPN-UML did not participate.

The meeting is attended by leaders of the ruling parties as well as leaders of the Loktantrik Samajbadi Party and the Nepal Majdoor Kisan Party.
